DAILY LIFE
Classes run from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a short lunch break in-between. Each day is structured for maximum learning—mornings focus on theory, nutrition, and small-scale practice, while afternoons are dedicated to elaborate cooking sessions. The chef demonstrates each lesson, followed by your own practical cooking experience. You'll receive a weekly schedule and course booklet in advanceto help you prepare for each session.
Throughout this intensive, skill-building course, you'll also learn from inspiring guest lecturers covering specialized topics. Designed for aspiring chefs, food entrepreneurs, and nutrition enthusiasts, this 100% hands-on training equips you with the expertise needed to excel in plant-based cooking.

At the end of the course, you along with your colleagues will prepare a sit-down dinner for esteemed guests. After the course, you have the possibility to undertake an internship at a vegan/vegetarian restaurant around the world. We can help you with this. You will also be able to open a small café, create content by writing vegan blogs / making Videos etc or you could also partner with us to conduct workshops. Or simply cook healthy, delicious meals for yourself and loved ones.
